Fitness & wellness
A membership is won in the first ninety seconds
Someone decides to join a gym on a Sunday night. They open three sites on their phone. The one that shows the schedule, the price and the trial offer without making them hunt gets the sign-up.

Real projects, linked. Nothing on this page is stock sector copy.
The problem
Where studio sites lose people
Four failure points show up again and again across gyms, boutique studios and coaching businesses.
Pricing is hidden behind a form
The thinking is that a conversation sells better. In practice most people close the tab and go to the studio that published its rates. Publish a range at minimum, and gate only the things that genuinely need a conversation.
The schedule is an iframe from the booking system
Different fonts, different colours, a scrollbar inside a scrollbar, and unreadable on a phone. The schedule is one of the two most-visited things on your site. It deserves to be designed, not embedded and forgotten.
The trial offer is a banner, not a path
A free week has to be a page with its own URL, its own copy, and one action. That is what you point ads, flyers and Instagram at. A homepage banner cannot be measured and cannot be optimised.
Nobody designed the second visit
Existing members come back for the timetable, holiday hours and class changes. If that is three clicks deep they will message you instead, and your front desk absorbs the cost.
The proof
We have shipped this already
A conversion-led build in this space, designed around a single action.
Outcome figures are published only where the client has confirmed them. Where you see none, we did not have a number we could stand behind. See all work · How we approach search
What we would do
The services that move the needle in fitness & wellness
Fitness is a conversion problem before it is a design problem. We treat it that way.
Landing Page Design
A dedicated page per offer — free week, challenge, new-member rate — each one measurable on its own.
Service detailsConversion Optimization
We find where sign-ups are dropping out and fix the step, rather than redesigning the whole site on a hunch.
Service detailsCustom Website Design
A schedule, class pages and trainer profiles that look like your brand instead of your booking vendor's.
Service detailsSpeed Optimization
Almost all of this traffic is mobile, and a lot of it is on gym wifi. Fast is not optional.

Fitness & Wellness FAQs
What people ask us first
The questions that come up on nearly every call in this sector, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.
Ask us something elseCan you integrate with Mindbody, Glofox or Wodify?
Yes. We keep the booking engine you already pay for and run the scheduling data through our own layout where the provider exposes an API or feed, so the timetable reads as part of your site. Where only an embed is available we style it as far as the vendor allows and keep it off the critical pages.
Should I put my prices on the site?
In most cases yes, or at least a range. Price is the single most common reason people contact a studio, and hiding it filters out as many good prospects as bad ones. If your model genuinely needs a consultation — physiotherapy, personal training packages — publish a starting figure and explain what changes it.
Do I need a separate landing page for each promotion?
If you are spending money to drive traffic to it, yes. A dedicated page lets you write for that specific audience, strip out the navigation that pulls people away, and measure the result cleanly. Promotions that live only as a homepage banner cannot be judged.
What about a members area?
We build one when there is something behind the login worth the complexity — programming, nutrition plans, recorded sessions. If the only thing behind it is a schedule everyone can already see, we will tell you to skip it and spend the budget on the trial funnel instead.
Fill the trial funnel first
Tell us how people currently find your schedule and claim your intro offer. That path is usually where the fastest gain is.
