Inside Sales Representative (Commission Only)

Duties:

  • Conduct cold and warm calls to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions.
  • Research and qualify leads from various sources.
  • Maintain a database of prospects.
  • Present information and handle client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain client records in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Energetic and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce.
  • Running Google and social media ads is a plus.
  • Tenacity in handling rejection.

Compensation

  • Competitive Commission-only structure with a potential salary after 6 months based on proven performance.
