Duties:
- Conduct cold and warm calls to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions.
- Research and qualify leads from various sources.
- Maintain a database of prospects.
- Present information and handle client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
- Track sales metrics and maintain client records in CRM.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Energetic and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce.
- Running Google and social media ads is a plus.
- Tenacity in handling rejection.
Compensation
- Competitive Commission-only structure with a potential salary after 6 months based on proven performance.
